Participants / Delegates
The participation fee is 870€.
Early-bird registration fee is only 770€ ! (until 31.1.2022)
The participation fee includes:
Admission to the paper and poster presentations and the exhibition, delegate's bag containing conference material, all lunches and coffees, Get-together Party, Lahti City reception, and Symposium Dinner.
The fee for one day participation is 410€ including lunch and coffee, but not evening events.
The fee for accompanying persons, 390€, includes all lunches and coffees, the Get-together Party,
Lahti City reception, and Symposium Dinner.
The fees do not include travel, accommodation, or the charge for exhibition space.
Pre-symposium Lake Cruise 65 €, Post-symposium tour 140 €
Payments
All event fees include the VAT 0 %. Please note that all payments must be made in advance and in euros (€).
Please choose your payment type on the online registration form. The options are:
1) online credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard, EuroCard, Amex)
2) Finnish online banks
3) invoicing. Invoice will be sent to you separately by Rovaniemi-Lapland Congresses. Please remember to specify the invoicing address on the registration form. Invoicing fee 10 € will be added to all invoices.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be made by e-mail to Rovaniemi-Lapland Congresses. For cancellations received by 30 April 2022, the paid registration fees will be refunded. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after this date. If you do not cancel your participation at all, you will be charged the full fee. Please note that a processing fee of 50 € will be deducted from all refunds.
