The size of all booths is 6m2a single company/organisation can book max. three (3) booths next to each other.
To book 12m2, please identify the numbers of the booths (side-by-side), which you prefer.
For 18m2, please book three booths side-by-side.
Booths will be reserved on a first-come – first-served basis.

Catering and wifi

Exhibitors can *only* offer candies or corresponding items from their booths ‐ everything else must be ordered from the restaurant "Lastu", who are responsible for the restaurant services in Sibelius Hall.

Sibelius Hall has two wireless WLAN-networks at your disposal:
- Sibeliustalo_GUEST (password: finlandia) and

Dismantling / tear down: Wednesday, June 8, from 16:00 – 18:00

Organiser reserves the right to amend the timetable in accordance with the final symposium programme.

Cancellation terms

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to Rovaniemi‐Lapland Congresses (congress@ulapland.fi).
- Paid booth price will be refunded if cancellation is received by March 31, 2022.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.
Note: that a processing fee of 50€ will be deducted from all refunds.
